Disability Discrimination Act 1996
This UK Act implies liability in the case of physical or mental stress related to illness in the workplace or discriminating against stressed individuals, where damages are unlimited.
Stress in the workplace, particularly amongst senior staff is not only damaging to business performance but also potentially very expensive.
