It can be fully customised to your organisation's web page design,
and specified to suit the specific job roles, departmental structures
and competencies that apply in your organisation.

market research and customer relations.

This 'lite' version uses the same technology for individuals
and a standard set of competencies. CorporateFeedback™
has a survey management system for organisational use
and is fully customisable.
Organisational structure
CorporateFeedback™ works on a hierarchical basis. Users must first select
one job role. The program is base loaded with the following job
roles:
- First Line Manager
- Middle Manager
- Senior Manager
- Director
For each role, there is a selection of modules. Modules are available
to suit each management level and custom modules can be designed
to suit the requirements or existing competencies of your organisation.
For a senior manager, for instance, the program is pre-loaded with:
- Managing Information
- Strategy
- Personal Effectiveness
- Managing Operations
- Managing People
Additional roles and modules such as sales manager, for example,
can be specified.
In addition to the individuals being assessed, the program has
a facility to invite and monitor responses from a line manager,
peers and direct reports to provide a full 360° feedback.
Access to the results can be specified to give individuals, managers
and HR departments different rights and to allow analysis by department
and location.
On completion, the results are available for display graphically.
They can be made available to individuals immediately, or later
as part of a feedback session, or to departmental managers or HR
staff according to access privileges.
Design philosophy
CorporateFeedback™ works on the basis of offering pairs of positive statements
and pairs of negative statements for each behavioural competence
or subject. Each statement requires a response of: Strongly Agree,
Agree, Disagree, or Strongly Disagree. The statements are randomly
mixed among statements for other competencies; this ensures that
although the responses are subjective, they require independent
thought from four different perspectives.
The results from the four responses for each competency are then
combined to create a score; the scores for all competencies in a
particular module are then displayed grahically.
What to do next
Training needs analysis is a valuable tool in collecting data for
developing individuals or teams in organisations. However, the more
people involved, the more complicated become the management and
