Diagnostic programs from Brefi Group
Our CorporateDiagnostic programs enable consultants to collect
and assess data on people, systems and organisations. Data collection
is undertaken on-line using web-based questionnaires. Analysis by
our consultants enables us to identify and support people and processes
for a more innovative and sustaining organisation.
Assessor – locates great people
Assessor uses a proven conscious behavioural skills
model, and situational interview assessment methods that are uniquely
capable of predicting performance. Web assessment packages automatically
generate skills, team roles and managing style profiles –
saving time and effort. Assessor applies consistent
standards to find high performers. Assessments cover senior, middle
and junior manager, and graduates.
Profiler – develops great people
Profiler develops job demand profiles, specific
to each individual job using an organisational assessment module,
so that job demand profiles reflect 'real world' context and skill
needs. It provides best fit searches for people, jobs and teams.
Profiler imports people profiles directly from Assessor
and matches people's skills with job demands, and highlights specific
developmental needs.
Indexer – identifies performance blocking issues
Indexer graphical displays illustrate the current
degree of organsiational resilience – and what needs to change.
It can be queried by function level and level within function to
locate key issues – to stimulate open conversation to kick-start
the development of greater resilience – without the need for
formal change programmes.
Scanner – generates coherence
Scanner identifies strategic issues; potential
change agents – and 'permissions' that will, if unchanged,
inhibit the development of greater organisational coherence. It
uses web based data collection – and is fast! Scanner
can be queried by function, level and level withing function to
locate key issues – to stimulate open conversation to kick-start
the development of greater alignment behind strategic direction.
Networker – builds great teams
Many organisations rely on temporary ad hoc networks working
together to 'get the job done'. These often compensate for constraints
imposed by formal structures and processes. Networker
uses graphical reports to illuminate these informal networks and
cross boundary teams. It identifies blockages to team working, key
vulnerabilities and hidden leaders – from within and without
the teams – and directs and releases latent anergy.
Developer – solves implementation issues
Oranisations developing increased resilience often challenge employees'
existing skills sets. As research indicates that the best innovation
often comes from problem solving, Developer uses
a modular problem resolution model to stimulate innovation, build
and reinforce new skills. It enables solo working, facilitated groups
– and remote working using 'travelling files' – with
research based skills modules, from problem finding through to innovation.
