Should there be an interruption or other problem with the download, you may have two more attempts during the next seven days before your access rights expire. If you incur any other problems you should contact the support team within seven days, who will try to resolve any problems promptly and to our mutual satisfaction.

Privacy policy

In general, you can visit pages on Brefi Group sites without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Some sections of the web site are accessible only if you register. For example, if you wish to download some of our free learning resources, complete one of our free analyses, or receive a newsletter you might be asked to register with us. However, you remain anonymous unless you submit form data.

Newsletters

We offer free newsletters to users. This requires us to gather the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter.

Refer a friend

Our site users can choose to forward a link, page or documents to someone else by clicking "refer a friend". The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient. This information is used to let the recipient know who sent the email.
