Comprehensive 12 month benchmarking and executive coaching package for boards and individual directors


Director support:

Corporate Retreat facilitation (2 days):

  • Vision, mission, values facilitation

  • Team building feedback from psychometric profiling

Ongoing support:

  • 10 monthly visits incorporating 90/120 minute individual coaching sessions and a final review session

Resolve organisational performance problems through the discovery of how your organisation really works – unveil, enable and develop the informal networks that determine how influence and information are distributed.

The application of our sophisticated diagnostic software helps you to discover who does and does not communicate with whom; who are the real influencers; who can support (or sabotage) change; so that you can identify and remove the organisational constraints that frustrate performance and inhibit change. Web-based data collection is very user-friendly, and makes it easy and fast for respondents to generate the information used.

Our comprehensive process identifies and tackles the root causes of organisational performance problems, whether they are people, the system or the culture. Insights into the nature of the organisation help people develop and implement their own solutions in-house, so that resistance to change is avoided. Customised 20 question questionnaire covering:
