First Personal Coach workshop in India

Our colleagues in India, Intrad School of Executive Coaching (ISEC), successfully conducted their second Mentor Coach Level One Certification workshop. The program involved 16 participants and was held on July 16th and 17th at the Gateway Hotel, Bangalore.

Participants included senior executives from Robert Bosch, Infosys Leadership Institute and L&T Komatsu. The picture on the right shows the participants and faculty at the venue.

The ISEC Coach Certification Program comprises four workshop modules, Mentor Coach, Personal Coach, Corporate Coach and Professional Coach together with tutorials, home study and mentoring. It takes a minimum of 12 months and is designed to prepare candidates for certification by the International Association of Coaching (IAC).

The Mentor Coach workshop is also a stand alone product for managers in organisations and will next be offered in September and November with a local training team.

The Mentor Coach workshop was followed by an intensive three day Personal Coach workshop for a smaller group of five participants between 22-24 July, 2010.

ISEC Master Trainers, Krishna Kumar and Richard Winfield conducted the training program, which was supplemented by a special edition of Barbra Sundquist's nine hour "Coaching by Example" audio program, which is based on the IAC's nine Coaching Masteries™.

The next Personal Coach workshop will be held in Bangalore in November.
