Introduction to the Enneagram

At the last Brefi Network Gathering we explored the use of the Enneagram in coaching and leadership/team and personal development. Its use will strengthen our ability to help clients develop motivated teams that achieve peak productivity and performance.

In order to make this technology available to members of the Brefi Network and, indeed, all our readers and clients, we are sponsoring an introductory course on the Adfen E-Scale system.

The two day course will be held in Birmingham on 25-26 September, with a follow-up accreditation course on 23-24 November.

At the end of the two day introduction, participants will be able to: -

• understand themselves, their colleagues and the 'personality mix' of their team and organisation


• understand the nine structures of interpretation or viewpoints


• recognise specific viewpoints coupled with areas of strength and development


• eliminate repeated ineffective patterns in their personal styles/strategies


• create possibilities for maximising their full potential


• improve relationships, leadership and teamwork, reduce conflict and stimulate communication
