Hey i am currently working as a HR executive with one of the IT firm here in Delhi, my problem is i am a fresher and want some input such as &quot;effective ways of being an HR person&quot;, kindly forward me some material which can help me in this situation. 

Also tell me about HR score card concept and implementation as my boss wants me to do that.
