Jamie Oliver launches training restaurants

Jamie Oliver is expanding his chain of "Fifteen" restaurants, already established in London and Amsterdam. The purpose of Fifteen is to inspire disadvantaged local young people to train for and enter a career in the restaurant business.
He is to open one in Cornwall in May next year and then one in Melbourne in September, which will be the subject of an Australian version of the hit television show Jamie's Kitchen.
