How to learn better strategies for dealing with conflict
... with less time off work

Conflict occurs naturally when there are disagreements between individuals or groups that differ in attitudes, beliefs, values or needs, or from past rivalries and personality differences. It need not always be negative, though, and if it is effectively managed it can lead to:
90-MinuteLearning™ programmes "provide four weeks learning with less than two hours away from the desk". As the name suggests, they each comprise a single high energy, high impact accelerated learning workshop covering one theme at a time – thoroughly and in depth – on your own premises. They are then supplemented by ten short follow-up lessons and exercises delivered to the desk top.
Our latest programme, ResolvingConflict, is based on the concept of win:win, and delegates will learn how to achieve this by following Martin, our mythical character, as he learns the difference between the various outcomes of 'I win:you win', 'I win:you lose', 'I lose:you win' and 'I lose:you lose'.

In order to achieve a win:win outcome, Martin and the delegates are led through five negotiating strategies and discover how internal attitudes to conflict and individuals can become a self fulfilling prophecy.
We have designed a special illustrated workbook for each of the 90-MinuteLearning™ programmes for delegates to capture and record their learning as they take part in group activities. They learn a process for resolving conflict and prepare a plan for success.
As a result we reach a win:win outcome.
And it doesn't stop there... each individual gets a further four weeks of tuition as we send out ten further lessons (one every three days), including exercises, posters and reminders, delivered directly to the desktop.
