Coaching from regional Corporate Coaching Centres

Brefi Group is able to provide executive coaching services from centres in Birmingham, London and other locations.

For twenty five years we have been working on companies' premises to provide organisation and management development of top teams and individuals. Our recent research has shown that senior executives would prefer to make the trip off-site, where they are free of interruptions and can be anonymous.

One to one performance coaching is increasingly being recognised as the way for both organisations and individuals to improve performance. The Brefi Group executive coaching package comprises a monthly development session, telephone support and an introductory one-day skills workshop. Single sessions are available as tasters or when there is an urgent issue to confront.

Solutions

The structured, outcomes-led process guides individuals – and teams – through their own business challenges, clarifies issues, examines limiting beliefs and generates solutions with a compelling course of action.

Coaching can clear a log jam of issues. "My favourite example" says principal consultant Richard Winfield "was in the States where on one visit a team cleared 20 issues, some of which had been hanging around for six months."

Coaching in its role as facilitator is particularly valuable during the budget and strategy planning season. And coaching a team before a presentation can dramatically improve performance – as well as self confidence.

Corporate Coaching Package

The basic corporate coaching package includes:

• Introductory full day skills workshop to introduce clients to the skills they will be able to apply during their coachng. This intensive day, will ensure that their coaching sessions achieve the maximum effectiveness.

• Personalised workshop and progress folder to contain all skills notes, exercises, goals, achievements and feedback.

• Six one to one coaching sessions of 90-100 minutes, probably monthly, timetabled to suit the client.

• Informal telephone support.

The intensive skills workshop will include a range of specially selected models, processes and exercises developed from:

• NeuroLinguistic Programming
• Inner Game theory
• Stephen Covey's Seven Habits of Effective People
• Systems theory

Fees

The fee for the complete standard corporate coaching package is £2,950 + VAT.

Individual one-to-one executive coaching sessions are charged at £400 + VAT.

Team/presentation coaching sessions, strategy facilitation and corporate retreats are £800 + VAT per half day or £1,500 + VAT per full day.

Brefi Group offers an integrated change management service through consultancy, facilitation, executive coaching and training. Associates are NLP practitioners and have an MBA or senior business experience and operate in a supportive coaching style. They operate indoors and outdoors, including some exciting locations in North America.
