Vision
Brefi Group will become an international business
consulting community with chapters in Great Britain, Dubai, Singapore, India,
Australia and USA.
This global network shares common
values and approaches and gives members access to powerful
business change processes based on NeuroLinguistic Programming
(NLP).
Brefi Group provides members with
training and a specific framework for corporate change
through an integrated package of consultancy, facilitation,
executive coaching and training designed to improve
corporate performance.
Brefi Group consultants hold MBA
level business experience in different professions and
are trained in the psychology of change. Being qualified
in different disciplines broadens and enriches the added
value we can bring.
Associates are committed to continuing
professional development and are supported through local
contact, regional and international conferences and
over the Internet.
Preamble
Brefi Group is a corporate change management organisation
providing an integrated package of change consultancy, facilitation,
executive coaching and training designed to improve corporate
performance.
Brefi Group Limited was founded by Richard Winfield in 1982.
Since then he has developed a corporate culture, intellectual
property and web services.

Brefi Group provides a professional interface with corporate
organisations that would like to deal with a single organisation
providing teams of motivated professional consultants but
do not wish to use the major management consultancies. Increasingly,
high calibre individual consultants recognise the benefits
of being associated with one or more business networks. This
enables them to undertake more challenging work and to command
higher fees.
Brefi Associates
Brefi Associates is a community of independent business
and management development consultants associated with Brefi
Group who subscribe to a common code of ethics, a standardised
quality model and share proprietary tools, models and methodologies.
Membership provides associates with fellowship, professional
development, business building and corporate promotion.
The entry qualifications for associates of the Brefi Group
are NLP Practitioner Certificate and MBA equivalent business
experience, or equivalent professional qualification (e.g.
IT) for other specialisms.
Associates are encouraged to work closely with other local
members and have an opportunity to participate in larger assignments
where appropriate. Members are not required to devote their
entire business to Brefi Associates, and are free to participate
in other networks. However, they are expected to define and
agree any boundary between Brefi and non-Brefi work.
E-commerce
The Brefi Group web site provides an e-commerce
facility that enables associates to sell downloadable materials.
Associates are encouraged to develop training materials, workbooks
and e-learning materials, both as a personal income stream
and to strengthen the Brefi Group web site.
It is in all parties’ interests to provide links between
the main Brefi Group web site and associates’ web sites.
Newsletter
CorporateCoach is a free newsletter for senior executives
and teams in organisations interested in using coaching to
improve corporate performance. It is published every Monday
except in August and at Christmas and Easter.
This weekly communication contains useful information and
practical ideas, and maintains a relationship with its world-wide
readership that supports customer relationship management
and business development.
Training Needs Analysis
The BuddyCoach™ free on-line
training needs analysis facility is the major recruitment
facility for the Brefi Group web site. CorporateFeedback™
is a commercial customisable version which provides individual,
buddy (180°) and 360 degree feedback. It can be adapted
to provide a range of diagnostic services, including behaviour/competence
audits for teams or organisations.
Associates may rent this for marketing or consultancy purposes,
or earn commission on sales to other organisations.
