A strategic, analytical and innovative systems thinker, NeuroLinguistic
Programming (NLP) master with masters degrees in both transport and management,
Richard expects to add massive value to organisations he works with. His
focused questioning style rapidly identifies core personal and business
issues in startling simplicity. He gives you space in which to find your
own solutions and then supports you in introducing the changes.
Known for his enthusiasm for business and industry, he enjoys working with top individuals and
management teams as a coach, facilitator and designer of integrated action-learning courses,
setting measurable outcomes and validating performance against independent high performance
competencies including those of the Institute of Directors and the Management Charter Initiative.
Richard thrives on feedback. He is committed to being 'ahead of the game', loves learning and is
an addicted reader of business books and magazines, and fiction. If you want to develop further or
do something new and exciting, then you and he will get on like a house on fire.

industry and large and small companies. With entrepreneurial experience
of his own, he is well placed to coach others on business strategy and
funding. On a one-on-one basis he enjoys helping people make transitions,
cross thresholds and remove the blocks that are stopping them from achieving
their potential.
