What does Richard do?
Richard Winfield is the founder and principal consultant of The Brefi Group and head of the Director Development Centre. He is a strategy consultant, facilitator and scenario planner who provides transition coaching to directors, boards and partnerships and helps them develop strategy and build teams. His instinctive creativity is in establishing objectives, defining strategies and assessing priorities.
As well as travelling internationally, Richard is active in the Middle East and Asia, where he designs training courses to international standards for the ASEC School of Executive Coaching.
A strategic, analytical and innovative systems thinker, NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP) master with masters degrees in both transport and management, Richard expects to add massive value to organisations he works with. His focused questioning style rapidly identifies core personal and business issues in startling simplicity. He gives you space in which to find your own solutions and then supports you in introducing the changes.

Richard is committed to his own development and supporting others; he served for six years as a director of Birmingham Forward and has also been a member of the Board of Governors of the International Association of Coaching.
Richard has studied under many of the international leaders of NLP including Robert Dilts, Richard Bandler, Sue Knight, Gene Early, Tad James, Anthony Robbins, John Seymour, Ian McDermott, Suzie Smith, Tim Hallbom, Lara Ewing, Michael Neill.
He has also studied at the Disney Institute and with T. Harv Eker's Peak Potentials Training.
Richard is a life member of the XL Results Foundation. His wealth profile is 'Mechanic' and he is a Wealth Dynamics Master Practitioner.
Richard's interests include international travel, vegetable gardening, pond building, cycling, horse riding, choral singing and reading.
