What does Richard do?
Richard Winfield is the founder and principal consultant of The Brefi Group and head of the Director Development Centre. He is a strategy consultant, facilitator and scenario planner who provides transition coaching to directors, boards and partnerships and helps them develop strategy and build teams. His instinctive creativity is in establishing objectives, defining strategies and assessing priorities.
As well as travelling internationally, Richard is active in Asia, where he designs training courses to international standards and is co-founder of the Intrad School of Executive Coaching.

Richard served for six years as a director of Birmingham Forward and is now a member of the Board of Governors of the International Association of Coaching.
Richard has studied under many of the international leaders of NLP including Robert Dilts, Richard Bandler, Sue Knight, Gene Early, Tad James, Anthony Robbins, John Seymour, Ian McDermott, Suzie Smith, Tim Hallbom, Lara Ewing, Michael Neill.
He has also studied at the Disney Institute and with T. Harv Eker's Peak Potentials Training.
