Paul is an experienced business consultant, manager and coach. He has a powerful, facilitative presence – guiding, challenging and supporting – creating a safe environment for people to explore what they want to achieve. He helps people become more successful in their work and their lives; designing compelling futures, setting clear goals and developing the skills and beliefs needed to achieve them. He then supports them in moving towards their goals by providing the on-going coaching to ensure that they achieve the success they desire.

Background

Paul has over 15 years successful experience in business most recently as a Partner and Executive Board member in the UK Division of a European consulting firm responsible for Consulting, People Development, HR and Operations. Previously he was a member of the management board of a leading edge subsidiary of Royal Insurance with responsibility for strategy and planning.

He is a licensed Master Practitioner of NLP and a certified NLP Coach and is one of the few people in the UK to have taken the disciplines of NLP and coaching to such advanced levels. He is also an Associate of Institute of Personnel and Development.

Paul is married, lives in East Sussex and plays the saxophone.
