Michael is a skilled and experienced presenter, originator and author of training courses. Equally at home with small intimate groups as well as larger corporate presentations.
Michael is the author and presenter of the 'Design Your Future' development weekend, which is as much 'Installation' as a learning experience; it works by removing limiting beliefs and building a compelling future vision to attain the life to which you aspire.
Michael has spent over 20 years working with international blue chip companies effecting behavioural change through psychological and behavioural evaluation and draws on wide commercial experience, which spans recruiting, team building, training and managing people in blue chip organisations such as Chase Manhattan Bank, Shell Caribbean and Central America (working in Caribbean and Americas), BT, Prudential Assurance, Galileo, and Eagle Star. He has been a guest presenter for the Institute for International Research, based in Dubai.
Over the years Michael has trained and built a Changework Practice and has extended his therapy skills to include a much wider range of 'interventions' to bring about change, including META-Medicine, NLP, Provocative Therapy, Parts Work, Time Line etc. In fact, Michael will use just about anything he feels is appropriate to bring about the emotional, behavioural and habitual change you are looking for ... quickly and efficiently!
Team effectiveness and appraisal skills are enhanced by Michael's 14 year service with reserve forces (Army), having commanded a reconnaissance squadron and been trained in TA Officer selection through the Army Regular Commissioning Board.
Michael holds a TD: Territorial Decoration, DHyp:Diploma in Hypnotherapy, DNLP: Diploma in NLP, as well as numerous Changework specific training diplomas as well as full Medical Malpractice and Public/Products Liability Insurance
