Training Style
Working within Jungian theory,Michael presents the Insights 'Colours' workshop promoting understanding of behavioural style as a management tool. He believes one should first understand self, then appreciate the contribution of others in order to develop strategies to adapt and connect with them.
Michael has spent over 15 years working within international blue chip companies effecting behavioural change through psychological and behavioural evaluation and is able to draw on a wide commercial experience, which spans recruiting, building, training and managing people within blue chip organisations such as Chase Manhattan Bank, Shell Caribbean and Central America (working in Caribbean and Americas), BT, Prudential Assurance, Galileo, and Eagle Star. He is a guest presenter for the Institute for International Research, based in Dubai.
Team effectiveness and appraisal skills are enhanced by Michael's involvement with the TA, having
commanded a reconnaissance squadron and been trained in TA Officer selection through the Army Regular
Commissioning Board.
Continued professional development encompasses some of the most up to date and validated research in communications, team and interpersonal skills. Michael is a trained NLP Practitioner and is currently completing a Diploma in Hypno-Analysis to become a member of the International Association of Hypno-Analysts.
