Colin Eveleigh works primarily as a leadership coach with senior executives, managing directors and CEOs. He is rounded, practical and innovative with the ability to get on well with people at all levels. Quietly spoken and also assertive, determined, a strong project leader, team builder, facilitator, counsellor, coach and mentor.

Colin develops creative solutions to problems, and works with people to put ideas into action. Particularly good in developing one-to-one rapport, and helping teams to lead, reach consensus on – and to implement – strategy and action.

Colin is a chartered organisational psychologist, with an MSc in Organisational Psychology and Practitioner Certificate in NLP. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

He has broad experience in finance, engineering, retail, maunfacturing, service, consultancy and public sector organisations, and has conducted assignments in Europe, the US and the Far East.

Colin is married with two grown up girls and is completing an honours degree in Fine Art at Surrey University.
