Brefi Group is the parent organisation of The ASEC School of Executive Coaching. Founded in 1982 by Richard Winfield, Brefi Group has extensive experience of operating in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and in Africa.
We understand the public and voluntary sector, international business and the professions and aspire to develop coaches capable of supporting senior executives in major organisations ? as well as entrepreneurs and managers of the future.
Course designer Richard Winfield draws on three decades of study and experience to design, deliver and license comprehensive training programs; from an introduction for managers through to full professional and commercial training for individuals who wish to make a career in coaching.

The Intrad School of Executive Coaching (ISEC) is a subsidiary of Intrad Consult, a privately held company that specializes in executive coaching and change management consultancy for new economy businesses.
ISEC offers executive coaching and coach certification programs that will help companies meet the challenges of change management and leadership development. ISEC has been instrumental in piloting and testing the ASEC Coach Certification Program.
