With over 20 years of experience, Brefi Group is an international corporate change and talent management organisation providing an integrated package of strategy consulting, executive coaching, facilitation and training designed to improve corporate performance.

Brefi Group associates are trained in the psychology of change and have MBA level business experience. We work for corporate organisations that prefer to deal with a single organisation providing teams of motivated professional consultants rather than one of the major management consultancies.

We operate internationally in industry, business, the professions and public sector.

Our objective is to provide clients with tools, attitudes and processes that will equip them to make changes in the future without having to stay dependent on external expertise. Brefi Group

Founded in 1982 by Richard Winfield, Brefi Group has extensive experience of operating in the USA, as well as across Europe, the Middle East and in Africa. We understand the public sector, international business, the professions and the new economy.

Our skills at cultural change have been applied in privatised industries, new agencies and international industrial groups.

Identification of training needs led to expansion into training and a focus on NeuroLinguistic Programming. As well as custom in-house courses we have run a series of five day 'Future Managers' courses which integrate indoor and outdoor learning, group work and personal development. All learning is integrated, with use of metaphor and role modelling by the leaders.

Increasingly we find that individual and team coaching have provided the required input to help individuals, teams and organisations achieve the success they desire. Coaching brings benefits in business, personally and socially. In 2000 we launched CorporateCoach, and in 2005 we launched BuddyCoach and BytesizeLearning™ for individuals around the world in any time zone.. .

Associates

Brefi Group operates through a network of associates, most of whom have studied NLP in depth, and have worked personally with Richard Winfield. Richard remains responsible for the design and quality control of all activities. In 2004 we formed a sister company, Consultant Training Limited, to help successful executives and professionals make the transition to consultant, coach or trainer and build a profitable consulting business.
