Brefi Group background
Founded in 1982 by Richard Winfield, Brefi Group has extensive experience of operating in North America, Europe, the Middle East and in Africa. We understand the public and voluntary sector, international business and the professions.
Our skills at cultural change have been applied in privatised industries, new agencies and international industrial groups.
Identification of training needs led to expansion into training and a focus on NeuroLinguistic
Programming. As well as custom in-house courses we have run a series of five day 'Future Managers' courses which integrate indoor and outdoor learning, group work and personal development. All learning is integrated, with use of metaphor and role modelling by the leaders.
Increasingly we find that individual and team coaching have provided the required
input to help individuals, teams and organisations achieve the success they desire. Working with leaders and high fliers achieves the greatest leverage.
Coaching brings benefits in business, personally and socially.
In 2000 we launched
CorporateCoach, and in 2005 we launched BuddyCoach™ and BytesizeLearning™ for individuals around the world in any time zone. At the 2007 International Coach Federation Annual conference we launched Coachex.com, a global directory, resource portal and community of independent consultants, coaches, facilitators, trainers and speakers. In 2008 we refined and introduced new packages for directors and boards.
Brefi Group operates through a network of associates,
most of whom have studied NLP in depth, and have worked personally with founder and chief executive Richard Winfield. Richard remains responsible for the design and quality control of all activities.
